I contacted Josh to have a simple roof repair done he was straight forward, did the job for a great price and Texas precision roofing and construction are my go to from now on.

Josh Sanchez was my roofing contact and was the best I could have asked for. On time for each appointment and the process went as smoothly as you could ask for the entire time. Made the process of replacing my roof very simple and easy from start to finish. Highly recommend!

To start off the roof was the original roof and had almost 20 years of usage. A few hail storms in a row had caused damage and a leak. I was having multiple roofers bid and begin the process and deal with insurance. Allstate. Which I was hearing from every service provider was a difficult agency to work with. This proved true. 3 times with three different roofing service providers were unable to work with Allstate to get this roof replaced and in the meantime I had a LEAK! At my wits end I spoke to Josh. He relayed to me to let him give it one more try, he will work directly with Allstate and their inspectors and hand hold this process. After the previous encounters, I was hopeful but skeptical. ultimately on one try! He was able to organize a complete buy of the roof and a full replacement! AMEN! Quick service and knocked it all out in a day… and even covered my storage shed to match AND managed the vendor to replace a broken window also damaged from hail! ABOVE AND BEYOND! I decided to go with a charcoal black and the roof looked like a million bucks! It looked so good, it started a trend in my neighborhood and at least 5 surrounding houses went with the charcoal black in the subsequent months. I’ve also contacted Josh about some minor details he had pointed out and have had his crew come back out and make additional repairs I needed to framing and the way water flows into the gutters, just a well rounded service provider! I consider not only Josh reliable and true to his word, I consider him a friend! Thanks Josh for handholding this process through every detail and getting the job done with honesty, integrity and transparency!
